Marleen from Linutee makes great cocktails. I appreciate that. Kitija at Butcher's Able recommended excellent dishes. Girly and Merlee in the Executive Lounge helped a lot and made sure everyone was happy. Front office manager Argo is very nice. I think he will be a general manager someday!
The hotel felt a bit overcrowded because of local events. This was good.

i thought the breakfast choices were great i found many tasty options. the spa treatment i received was great i can highly recommend it.
the check-in process took a long time it was about 20 minutes i was kept waiting. the staff were not very friendly they explained everything as just company policy.
